'Cooper - William Bryan Fulfer, 72, of Grand Prairie, died Sunday, Sep. 18, 1994, at DFW Medical Center, Grand Prairie. Graveside services were scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday, Sep. 19, at Restland Cemetery in Roxton with Miles Wesner officiating. Delta Funeral Home has charge of arrangements. Mr. Fulfer was born Aug. 24, 1922, in Childress, a son of James C. and Betty Ragsdale Fulfer. He was a mechanic and truck driver. Surviving are his wife, Margie Qualls Fulfer; two sons, Bryan Sorens of Beaumont and Gil Sorens of Omaha, NE; a stepson, Cecil Brannon of Grand Prairie; a daughter, Pam Brannon of Grand Prairie; two brothers, John Fulfer of Mesquite and James C. Fulfer Jr. of Garland; and three sisters, Nancy Richardson of Pecan Gap, Margaruite Jordan of Arlington and Patsy Stevens of Tom, OK.'
