Mrs. Fulfer Rites Today

Commerce--Mrs. Mary Ann Fulfer, 91-year-old resident of the South Sulphur Community, died at 5:15 a.m. Wednesday in a Commerce nursing home.

A resident of Hunt County all her life, Mrs. Fulfer was born April 16, 1874 near Commerce, the daughter of Thomas J. and Eliza Anderson Dean.

She married G. C. Cox, who died in 1907 and later married J. F. Fulfer. Mr. Fulfer died May 11, 1938.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. N. A. Griffin of Commerce, two sons, C. W. Cox and Bryan Cox, both of Commerce; one sister, Mrs. Porter Farell of Commerce; one brother; Lewis Dean of Commerce; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church, in Commerce with the Rev. Harry Stanley and the Rev. coral V. Roberts officiating.

Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery near Commerce under the direction fo the W. Y. Goff Funeral Home.
