Commerce---Curtis B. Fulfer, 85, of Azle, died Sunday in Azle.

 

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday at Pemberton Funeral Home in Commerce with Rev. Jerry Shavers officiating. Burial will be in Sonora Cemetery in Fairlie.

 

He was born in Hunt County on April 18, 1911, to Sam and Mertie Wilkins Fulfer. He married Opal Hanes in Hugo, Okla., on Nov. 27, 1934. He was a farmer and lived west of Van Alstyne from 1936 to 1976. He then moved to Princeton and was a member of the First Christian Church. He moved to Azle in 1995 due to his illness.

 

Surviving are his wife; a brother and sister-in-law, B. B. Fulfer and Dorothy Fulfer of Azle; sister and brother-in-law M. L. Cherry and Roy Cherry of Fort Worth, and a nephew, Raymond Speight of Azle.
