Helen Ruth Fulfer Watkins, 45, of Greenville died Wednesday at Baylor Medical Center in Dallas. Graveside services will be at 11 am Saturday at the Shady Grove Cemetery with Rev. Kirk Jones officiating.
Daughter of Francis Marion and Mary Lou Samples Fulfer, she was born in Greenville on August 11, 1951. She was a cook.  Mrs Watkins was a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Surviving are her mother of Greenville; two sons, Jason Brignon of Greenville and Charles Andrew (Andre) Watkins of Mesquite; a daughter, Haley Brignon of Greenville; two brothers, Barry Fulfer and Timmy Fulfer, both of Greenville; a sister, Pat Yeager of Mesquite and two grandchildren.
