Johnny Grace
DENVER CITY (Special) Masonic graveside rites for Johnny Grace, 96, of Denver City were performed Sunday in Denver City Memorial Park with Fayne Payne officiating.
Interment was under direction of Ratliff Funeral Home.
Grace died Saturday, Oct. 25, 1997, in Denver City.
He was born Nov. 22, 1900, in Loraine. He married Ollie Freeman. He had been a resident of Yoakum County since 1935.
He was a member of the Denver City Masonic Lodge for 60 years.
He was a retired farmer, insurance agent and Denver City schools bus driver.
He was preceded in death by his wife in November 1978 and two sons, Marvis Grace and Curtis "Slim" Grace.
Survivors include three daughters, Arcola Martin of Longview, Ruby Ellthorpe of Matador and Georgia Lee of Tulia.
