Russell F. Fulfer, 97, of Ferndale, died Saturday July 27, 1991, at the Evangelical Home of Detroit. He was
born May 30, 1894, in Illinois.
A World War I Veteran, Mr. Fulfer was a retired auto worker from Chrysler Corporation. He was a life member
of the Ferndale Elks Lodge #1588 and the Paul Hornaday VFW Post 1407, Ferndale.
Surviving are his daughters; Margaret Zarro of Detroit, Esther Morrison of Ferndale, Frances Rivett and Lois
Mally of Florida; sons Bill of Ferndale and Thomas of Pontiac; 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 1 greatgreatgrandchild.
Mr. Fulfer's wife, Edith, died in 1973.
Visitation 1-9 today at Wesels and Wilks Funeral Home, 23690 Woodward, Pleasant Ridge. Services 11 a.m. Tuesday
at the funeral home with the Rev. Gene McCornack of Faith-Trinity United Church of Christ, Warren, officiating. Burial at
