Funeral services for Kathy Diane Moreland, 13, were conducted at 2:30 p.m.
Monday, Jan. 22, at W. Y. Goff Chapel. Officiating ministers were Rev. M. D. Hodges of Gilmore and Rev. Hershel McDaniel.
Interment followed at Horton Cemetery.
Miss Moreland died Sunday, Jan 21, in a Commerce hospital. A lifelong
resident of the Horton community, she attended Cooper Public schools.
A daughter of Arvel and Betty Jean Wilson Moreland, she was born Sept 18,
1959. She was a member of the Faith Missionary Baptist Church.
She is survived by her parents; and grandparents, Mrs. Annie Burns of Commerce
and Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Wilson of Commerce.
