Taiban Boy Shot Dead by Hunter
Shotgun Accident Cost Life of Henry Fulfer, Son of Prominent Sheep Grower
Taiban, N.M. Nov. 16-- While hunting with a crowd of boys a mile south of town this afternoon, Henry Fulfer, the 16 year old son of J. P. Fulfer, a prominent sheepman of this place, was shot and mortally wounded with a shotgun in the hands of Archie Carnes, 17 year old. The entire charge took effect in the right side of the pit of the stomach and was fired at a distance of about six feet. Notwithstanding the ghastly wound, young Fulfer made no complaint and was perfectly rational until his death, which accrued three hours after the accident.
