WALTERS ? Funeral for Florence Franks, 96, Walters, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel, Walters,
with the Rev. Wade Scott officiating.
Mrs. Franks died Friday, Feb. 20, 2004.
Burial will be at Walters Cemetery.
She was born Feb. 6, 1908. She married James Thompson on March 23, 1924. He died in October 1924. She married Roy Franks
on April 17, 1927. She had lived in Walters since 1953.
Survivors include three children: Louise Blair Davis, Walters; Raymon Franks, Duncan; and William Howard Franks, Ranger,
Texas; a sister, Christeen Cosby, Mineral Wells, Texas; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren;
and numerous nieces and nephews.
