Maxie (Mickie) Swinner

Maxie (Mickie) Swinner of Waco, a nurses aide, died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was 65.
Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Connally-Compton Downtown Funeral Home Chapel; the Rev. E. J. Culp officiating. Burial will be in Powers Chapel Cemetery in Rosebud.
Survivors' include her husband, Fred Swinner; six sons, Fredrick Owen of Ross, Michael Owen of West, Vincint Hendrix of Lacy-Lakeview, Fred Swinner Jr. of Alvin, William Ray Swinner of Beaumont and Ernest Henry Swinner of Waco; five daughters, Misty Swinner and Jody Swinner of Bellmead, Rhonda Reckatine of Crawford and Charolette Kay of Corpus Christi; a sister, Hessie (sic) York of Elm Mott; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Connally-Compton Downtown Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
