Services for Alma Simpson, 67, 130 7 W. Washington St., will be Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Matador under
the direction of Selglar Funeral Home. Local arrangements were handled by Newnie W. Ellis Funeral Home. She died Sunday
morning in Midland hospital. Mrs. Simpson was born Dec. 27, 1913, in Spur. She grew up in Matador. She married D.
C. "Jack" Simpson Dec. 1, 1932, in Matador. They lived in Matador until his death in April 1970. Mrs. Simpson then moved
to Midland. She was a Methodist. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Freddy R. Johnson of Midland; two brothers, Early Fulfer
of McAdoo and Walter L. Fulfer of Monahans; three sisters, Sarah Gonzales of Carthage, Dorotha Baillio of Odessa and Loree
Joyner of Midland; and three grandchildren.
