Lee G. Parker, 39, of 1534 Mesquite will be buried in Potosi cemetery this afternoon, following  a funeral service at the Elliott's Funeral home chapel at 3.  The Rev. H. H. McGregor will be the officiationg minister.
Parker died at his home at 3:15 Sunday afternoon.  He had been ill more than a month and critically so for three days.  He was employed on the Camp Walters construction job at Mineral Wells before becoming ill.
Born at Tuscola, Parker had lived here 20 years.  He is survived by is wife, the forme (sic), Maudie F. Dickson; six children, Mrs. E. E. Rister, Evalyn Wyonne Parker, Lewis, Lee Erwin, J. C. and Raymond Parker, all of Abilene; one grandchild; two sisters and six brothers.
