Olvie O. Moore, 89, a retired carpenter, died Thursday, Oct. 2, 1997, at a Cleburne hospital.
Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday at Wiley Funeral Home. Burial: Squaw Creek Cemetery in Rainbow. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Olvie O. Moore was born May 5, 1908, in San Jon, N.M. He lived most of his life in the Glen Rose area and moved to Godley in 1986.
Survivors: Sons, Bobby Moore and Russell Moore, both of Godley; brothers, Melvin Moore  of Glen Rose and Doil Ray Moore of Fort Worth; sister, Doris Faye Moore of Granger; grandchildren, Cheryl Kizer of Keller and Bryan Moore of Godley; and great-grandchildren, Logan Kizer and Jacob Kizer, both of Keller.
