SPRINGTOWN - Nona Opal Moring, a homemaker, died Wednesday at an Abilene nursing home. She was 86.
Graveside service was Thursday in Springtown Cemetery. Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Moring was born in Peaster and had lived in Springtown since
1978. She was a former resident of Plainview and Wise County.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Newark.
Survivors: Son, Gayle Tracy Moring of Springtown; two daughters, Georgia Lamb of Sipe Springs and Cleda Stephens of Newark; sister, Avis Knox of Whiteface; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
