Commerce-Graveside service for Marvin Moreland, 64, of Rt. 2,Sulphur Springs will be at 2 p.m. today at Horton Cemetery with Rev. Bill Mills officiating.
Mr. Moreland died Sunday in Dallas Veterans Hospital. 
He was born Aug. 27, 1918 in Arkansas to Jeff and Anne Clayton Moreland.  He was a carpenter and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors are tow sons, Bobby Moreland and Larry Moreland of Sulphur Springs; two daughters, Judy Mills and Vikki Mabe of Sulphur Springs; four brothers, Wylie Moreland and Earl Moreland of Fort Worth, and Buddy Moreland and Arvel Moreland of commerce; three sisters, Faye Abbott and Canalou Arnold of Fort Worth and Mae Follis of Sulphur Springs; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Marvin D. Moreland, and a great-granddaughter, Amanda R. Moreland.
Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
