Wylie

Pink D. Wylie, 82, of the Simms Valley community in northern Erath County, died at 5:30 a.m. Wednesday at Stephenville General Hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Fred Keese officiating. Burial will be in Exray Cemetery with Masonic graveside rites.
Born Nov. 20, 1901, in Erath County, he married Odessa Carter June 16, 1924, in Ranger. A retired farmer and rancher, he was a lifelong resident of Erath County. A Baptist, he was also a Mason and Shriner.
Survivors include his wife; one daughter, Lillian Wilmoth of Dallas; two brothers, Cage of Stephenville, and Kelsie of Gordon; a sister, Elizabeth Cates of Stephenville; three grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
