Mrs. Wylie, 66, Dies; Rites Set Saturday
Mrs. Jimmie King Wylie, 68, of 1203 South Selman, died early this morning at Lea General Hospital.
She had lived here since 1938. Surviving are her husband, H. C. Wylie, of the home; a daughter, Mrs. Mary
Lee Owen of Boulder, Colo; a son, Willie Andrew Wylie, of Glendive, Mont.; three sisters, Mrs. Ted Sparling and Mrs.
Rosa Lee Crosby, both of Stephenville, Tex., and Mrs. Jewell Hopper of Gordon, Tex.; eight grandchildren including three who
live in Hobbs, Mrs. Sandra Killebrew of 1319 Grayson, Mrs. Teresa Mulkey of 207 North Jefferson and Mrs. Kay Pate of West
Bender Boulevard, and three great-grandchildren. Funeral services are announced for 3 p.m. Saturday at Griffin
Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. James Miller officiating. Additional services are to be held at 2 p.m. (CST) Sunday
at Stephenville, Tex. Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Exray Cemetery.

Funeral services are scheduled at 2:00 p.m today in the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Jimmie King Wylie.,
age 66. Mrs. Wylie died Friday in Hobbs, New Mexico. born in Erath County October 27, 1902, Mrs. Wylie was a housewife
and member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, H. C. Wylie; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Lee Owen of boulder,
Colorado; one son, Andrew Wylie of Glendrive, Montana; three sisters, Mrs. O. b. Crosby and Mrs. Ted Sparling, both of Stephenville,
Mrs. Jewell Hopper of Gordon; and eight grandchildren. Rev. James Miller will preside at the servics with burial
in the Exray Cemetery.
