WHATLEY Troy Neill, 20, died November 17, 1991 in San Diego, Ca. Troy was born May 4, 1971 in Oklahoma City. He was serving in the United States Navy stationed in San Diego. He is survived by his wife, Jenny, his son, Blake Neill; his parents, Owen and Terri Whatley, Moore; 3 brothers, Curtis and Brent, Moore, and Shawn and mother, Paula Towler, Ashland City, Tn. Troy is also survived by his grandmother, Bennie Whatley, Moore; and a large number of family and friends. MISSED BY MANY, LOVED BY ALL. Services will be held Friday, November 22, 11:00 a.m. in the Resthaven Mortuary Chapel with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery. RESTHAVEN MORTUARY
