Robert L. Traylor DUMAS - Robert L. Traylor, 77, died Friday, July 14, 2000, in Amarillo. Services will be at 2 p.m.
Monday in First Assembly of God with the Rev. Jerry Trammell, pastor, and the Rev. H.L. Stevens, retired Assembly of God minister
of Dumas, officiating. Burial will be in Northlawn Memorial Gardens by Morrison Funeral Directors. Mr. Traylor was born in
Waka and was a lifetime resident of Moore County. During World War II, he served in the Army. He was an operator for Diamond
Shamrock, retiring in 1986. He was a member of the First Assembly of God. He married Nina Hintergardt in 1946 at Dumas. Survivors
include his wife; two sons, Duane Traylor of Dumas and Alfred Traylor of Seattle; two sisters, Byrtle Spradlin of Houston
and Clara White of Dumas; four brothers, Bud Traylor of Las Vegas, Dutch Traylor of Guymon, Nat Traylor of Cave City, Ark.,
and Eldon Traylor of Albuquerque, N.M.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. The family suggests memorials be to
First Assembly of God, Box 764, Dumas, TX 79029; or Apostolic Faith Bible School, Box 110, Baxter Springs, KS 66713. The family
will be at 823 N. Maddox.
