Services for Joe Dickey Fulfer, 61, were held Tuesday, November 9, 2004 in Fort Worth.

Mr. Fulfer passed away Saturday, November 6, 2004 with complications from West Nile Virus. He attended Lockney schools and married Coralus Sandlin, also of Lockney, and had three children.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gracie Fulfer, and father, Delmar "Pappy" Fulfer. He is survived by his current wife, Darlene, two daughters, two sons and seven grandchildren.
