Services for Jesse Fulfer Wednesday

 

Funeral services for Jesse A. Fulfer, 51?, 202 E. Bellefontaine street, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Wednesday from the Owens funeral home. The body was taken to the family home Tuesday afternoon where it will remain until time of services. Doctor H. Clifford Northcott, pastor of the First Methodist church will officiate and burial will be in East Lawn Memorial park. Mr. Fulfer died at 12:35 p.m. Monday at Burnham City hospital.
Mr. Fulfer was born May 16, 1894, at Arthur, where he lived for ten years.  He was married Aug. 31, 1913, to Ilma Blanche Taylor. Two children were born to this union, Russell Fulfer, Champaign, and Mrs. Russell Shaffer of Urbana. There are eight grandchildren.  He also leaves two brothers, FRed and Roy Fulfer; one sister, Mrs. Alva Bennett, Champaign; a half sister, Mrs. Allen Dawkins of Mahomet and two half brothers, Albert Adams of Chicago and Hammil Adams of Arthur.
Mr. Fulfer was employed by the Champaign street department for 18 years.
