Sequatchie-Billy Sam Fulfer, 67, passed away Thursday, Dec. 25, 2003, at Grandview Medical Center.
He was retired and served in the U.S. Navy.
He was the son of the late Jim and Hattie Fulfer. He also was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Gig Crowley, Myrtle Belk, Ola Mae Tate and Mary Fulfer Rice.
Survivors: wife, Bertha Foshee Fulfer; daughters, Margie Allen Gipson, Audrey Griffin, both of Whitwell, Tenn., Sharon Harriod, Chattanooga; sons, William Samuel Fulfer, Jasper, Tenn., Jessie Richard Fuler, Billy Foshee Fulfer, both of Sequatchie; two stepdaughters; seven stepsons; sisters, Peggy Powell, Whitwell, Joanie McNabb, Chattanooga; five brothers; James Fulfer, Whitwell, Jack Fulfer, South Pittsburg, Tenn., Roy Flfer, Chattanooga, Tommy and Ricky Fulfer, both of Sequatchie; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. CST Sunday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Marion Duggan officiating.
Burial will be in Lasater Cemetery.
Visitation will be after 4:30 p.m. CST today, Dec., 27, 2003.
