RUTH E. DRIGGERS  Services for Ruth Ernestine Driggers  65,will be held at  1 p.m. Tuesday in the John N. Lisle Chapel.   Mrs. Driggers died Friday.   She was born in Texas.  Surviving are two sons, Don of Fresno and Bob of Colorado; three brothers, Marvin and Larry Watson, both of Pasadena, and George Watson of Nasa Bay; four sisters, Opal Jones of Missouri and Ivy Cash, Agnes Watson and  Vera Osburn of Texas; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren
