Deceased Name: Ann Culbert Funeral services for Ann Culbert, 85, of Littlefield will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2004, at the Primitive Baptist Church in Littlefield with Elder Cleveland Bass officiating and Elder Chuck Salmon assisting. Burial will be at the Terry County Memorial Park Cemetery in Brownfield under the direction of Hammons Funeral Home of Littlefield. Mrs. Culbert passed away Monday, April 26, 2004, at Lamb Healthcare Center in Littlefield.
She was born Sept. 5, 1918 in Lorenzo to Charley and Gertrude Freeman. She married L.D. Culbert Feb. 6, 1937 in Robe. They lived and farmed in Brownfield before retiring in Littlefield in 1979. She had been a resident of the Harmonee House in Amherst for the past two years. She was a member of the Primitive Baptist Church in Littlefield. She was a Homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband, L.D., May 27, 1986; and a daughter, Nita Houston, Oct. 23, 2001.
She is survived by a daughter, Juanelle Bryant of Littlefield; six grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
