Tommy James Barclay Sr.
TULIA - Tommy James Barclay Sr., 46, died Monday, Oct. 25, 1999.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Sixth and Gaines Church of Christ with Dennis Conway, minister, officiating. Burial will be at 4 p.m. in Ochiltree County Cemetery in Perryton by Wallace Funeral Home of Tulia.
Mr. Barclay was born and raised in Perryton where he graduated from high school. For a total of 22 years, he worked for the Texas Highway Department in Perryton, Canyon and Tulia where he was a maintenance technician 4. He was a member of the Sixth and Gaines Church of Christ in Tulia.
He married Kay Martin in 1978 at Canyon. He was preceded in death by a son, Andy James Barclay.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Tabitha Barclay of the home; a son Tommy James Barclay Jr. of the home; his mother, Lila Barclay of Perryton; two brothers, Troy Barclay and Danny Barclay, both of Perryton; and four sisters, Carolyn Newcomb and Kathy Williams, both of Perryton, Sandra Hooper of Sugarland and Susan Hopkins of Dalhart
