Struck during the haevy rain by a driver who failed to stop, Fulfer was found on the pavement. Carl Traub, acting

Roach drug store.
The body was sent by the Street and Draper funeral home to Frederick, home of the victim's mother, Mrs. M. A.
Fulfer.
