Paul R. Fulfer, 63, of Springdale died Friday, July 11, 2003, in Lees Summit, Mo. Born May 30, 1940, in Springdale,
he was the son of John Ray and Raby Culbert Fulfer. He was a business owner in the wholesale industry. He attended Christian
Life Cathedral in Fayetteville and was an avid softball player. Survivors include his wife, Joy Smothers Fulfer of the home;
two sons, Joey and Scott Fulfer, both of Springdale; two daughters, Renee Murrell of Simi Valley, Calif., and Shelly Taylor
of Springdale; and a sister, Wanda Jean Easley of Springdale.
Services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Christian Life Cathedral in Fayetteville with the Rev. Steve Dixon
and the Rev. Lindell Ballenger officiating.
Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Backstrom-Pyeatte
Funeral Home in Springdale.
Pallbearers are Kirk Smothers, Phil Mortenson, Jeff Woods, Phil Woods, Jerry Maples. John Fulfer, Mark Griffith
and Mike Burns.
