Junaita Elizabeth Fulfer, 84, a long time resident of Torrance County passed away Thursday, November 30, 2000 in Albuquerque, NM. She was born to Lemmie and Mackie Virginia (Scott) Regland, February 10, 1916 in Abernathy, TX. She married Charles N. Fulfer in Albuquerque, NM on July 30, 1956, he preceded her in death January 24, 1999. Juanita a member of the Mountainair Assembly of God Church, and active in the Mountainair Christian Ladies Prayer Group. She was also a homemaker and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by two sons, Charles N. Fulfer Jr., of Mountainair, NM and Don and wife, Sandy Fulfer of Moriarty, NM; four sisters, Lena Harrington, Josie Thomas, Beunah Chaney and Virginia Boyd; four grandchildren, Ronald Charles, Dennis Clyde, Rayshell, and Corrie; three great-grandchildren, Cody, Dillion, and Dustin. Mrs. Fulfer will lie in state Sunday, December 3, 2000 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair, NM. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 4, 2000 10:00 a.m. at the Mountainair Assembly of God Church with Glenn Fulfer, Rev. James Pinckard and Willis Deerman Officiating, burial following at the White Lake Cemetery at Gran Quivera, NM. Pallbearers will be Joe Stidham, Greg Harrington, Doyle Chaney, Jason Fulfer, Kelly Fulfer, and Marvin Fulfer. Honorary Pallbearers will be Vernie Wells, Denny Stiedham, Ron Fulfer, Dennis Fulfer, and Marvin Pat Fulfer. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Harris-Hanlon Mortuary in Mountainair, NM.
