Funeral services will be conducted in Greenlawn Chapel tomorrow at 10 a.m. for John Wesley Fulfer, 74, a retired
farmer, of Edison, who died in Tehachapi hospital Feb. 27. Mr. George Dickson of the Church of Christ will officiate and interment
will be in Shafter. The deceased was born July 16, 1880 in Texas and had lived in Edison for 12 years. He was a member of
the Church of Christ in Bakersfield. Survivors include his wife, Laura F. Fulfer, Edison, daughters, Mrs. Clara Ratzlaff,
Tehachapi, Mrs. Loraine Humphrey, North Bakersfield and Mrs. Betty Patterson, Bakersfield; son, John Fulfer, North Bakersfield;
brother, Sam Fulfer, Greenville, Tex; sisters, Mrs. R. L. White, San Diego, and Mrs. Ima Gore, Snyder, Tex.,; seven grandchildren;
two great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Charlie Humphrey, Richard Patterson, L. J. Fulfer, Jake Ratzlaff, Austin Smith,
and Ryley Bland.
