John Roy Fulfer

Springdale-John Ray (sic) Fulfer, 73, of Oak Grove community, died Saturday at his home. He was a retired farmer and a member of the First Assembly of God church. He was born Oct. 27, 1890, at Coleman, Tex.

Surviving are two sons, J. N. Fulfer of Springdale, and Paul Ray of Pecos, Tex.; two daughters, Mrs. James Pauline Maples and Mrs. Billy Wanda Woods of Springdale; a brother, Delmar, Lockney, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Benny Callaway of Lockney, Mrs. Lydia Hickson, Matador, Tex., and Mrs. Virgie Elmore of Spur, Tex., 15-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Assembly of God church. Burial will be in Friendship cemetery under the direction of Callison-Sisco funeral home.
