John Franklin Fulfer

Private funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Armstrong-Flickinger Mortuary for John F. Fulfer, 45, 617 Woodrow, North Bakersfield, who died July 14, at his home. Dr. B. C. Barrett of the First Baptist Church will officiate and interment will be in Shafter Cemetery. Mr. Fulfer was born Jan. 27, 1913 in Texas and had been a resident of Bakersfield for 30 years. Mrs. Fulfer is survived by his widow, Eloise Fulfer of North Bakersfield; his mother, Mrs. Laura Fulfer of Bakersfield; sons, Richard Fulfer of Lancaster and Robert Fulfer of Bakersfield; a stepson, Gary West of Bakersfield; a daughter, Mrs. Beverly Sheltren of Ojal; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Roberta Natts of Bakersfield; sisters, Mrs. Clara Mae Ratzlaff of Tehachapi; Lorraine Humphrey of Bakersfield and Betty Patterson of Bakersfield. Armstrong-Flickinger Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements.
