RANGER - Ruth Lucille Booth of Ranger, a former employee of J.C. Penney Co. in Ranger, died Friday at a De Leon
hospital. She was 89.
Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. today at Edwards Funeral Home in Ranger. Burial will be in Exray Cemetery in Erath
County.
Mrs. Booth was born in Exray, where she graduated from high school. She worked for J.C. Penney Co. for 25 years
before the Ranger store closed. She was married to Odell Booth, who died in 1972.
Survivors: Sister, Willie Summers of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
