Mrs. Hattie Emma Griffith Fulfer, 73, of Sequatchie, Tenn., died Thursday morning, November 18, at her home. Mrs. Fulfer was of the Baptist faith. She was a daughter of the late John and Viola Lawson Griffith.

Survivors include her husband, James Richard Fulfer; four daughters, Myrtle Belk and Ola Mae Tate, all of Sequatchie; Peggy Powell, Powell's Crossroads, Tenn., Joan McNabb, Guild, Tenn., six sons, James and Jack Fulfer, both of Whitwell, Tenn., Billy Sam, Roy, Tommy and Ricky Fulfer, all of Sequatchie; three sister, Gladys Bolton, Jasper, Tenn., Gracie Ladd, Sequatchie, Sally Holder, Tiftonia, GA; brother, Robert Griffith, Jasper; 37 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday morning in the funeral home with Joe V. Colston officiating. Grandsons served as pallbearer. Burial in Lasater Cemetery. Rogers Funeral Home, Jasper, in charge of arrangements.
