Services Today For Mrs. Fulfer
IDALOU (Special) - Funeral services for Mrs. Elora Fulfer, 72, longtime resident of the Idalou area will be
held at 3 p.m. today in the Church of Christ with Virgil Lawyer, minister of Hardin College of Searcy, Ark., officiating,
assisted by B. C. Stapleton, minister of the Idalou church.
Burial will be in the Idalou Cemetery under direction of Sanders Funeral Home of Lubbock.
Mrs. Fulfer died early Tuesday at her home at 419 Chestnut St. in Idalou. She had been a resident of the Idalou
area since moving there from Erath County in 1923.
She had been a member of the Church of Christ for more than 60 years, was a member of that church in Idalou,
and was a member of the Idalou Hobby Club.
Survivors include the husband, Clem Fulfer, of the home; two sons, Tess Fulfer, Roswell, N.M., and Clyde Fulfer
of Idalou; two daughters, Mrs. Lillian Stanford, 1506 24th Ct., and Mrs. Lucille Peeples, Idalou; two sisters, Mrs. D. B.
McInroe, Idalou, and Mrs. Betty Brown, Pomona, Calif.; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Neil and Jon Fulfer, Terry and P. L. Peeples, Dudley Pruit and Jimmy Joe Stanford.
Honorary pallbearers include Earl Weaver, Roy Stence, Lowell McInroe, Frank Guess, B. A. Stephenson Sr., Luke
Evitt, Les Derrick, Bob Cook, Claude Newton, Earl Yarbrough, Bruce Isom, and Glen Eubanks.
