Duane Victor Fulfer, 52, of Gruver, died Friday morning, May 19 at 7:20 a.m. at Hansford Hospital.

Services are pending with Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors of Spearman.

Mr. Fulfer was born Feb. 11, 1916 at Wichita Falls, TX. He was a retired farmer and rancher.

He was a member of the Gruver United Methodist Church.

He was married to Marie Jameson on January 6, 1936, at Frederick, Okla.

He is survived by his wife of the home; two sons, Jay of Midland, Joe Dee of Gruver; two daughters, Joy Beth Moore of Kirland, Wash., Duanna Sue Smith of Woodward, Okla.; a brother, M. A. Fulfer, Jr. of Austin; a sister, Bonnah Covey of Austin and Mrs. Dean Hammons of New Orleans, LA.
