FORT WORTH - Charles Earnest Fulfer, 64, a retired truck driver, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 1997, at home
after a short illness with lung cancer.
Funeral: 11 a.m. Saturday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial: Greenwood Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m.
Friday.
Charles Fulfer was born Nov. 18, 1932, in Telephone.
He was a retired truck driver, having worked for ICX from 1962 to 1984 and for Consolidated Freightways from
1984 to 1996. He was a member of Central Baptist Church in Bedford and Odd Fellow Lodge No. 52.
He was preceded in death by his son, B.J. Fulfer.
Survivors: Wife, Janie Fulfer of Fort Worth; sons, Ernie Fulfer of Palatka, Fla., David Fulfer of Fort Worth
and James Fulfer of Wichita, Kan.; daughters, Gerene Bryant of Fort Worth, DebraCalleros of Tucumcari, N.M., and Delita Cox
of Fort Worth; sisters, Opal O'Hara of Fort Worth, Mary Ann Fulfer of Rogers, Ark., and Beatrice Jones of Gunter; seven grandchilden;
