Mrs, Betty Fulfer Dies Today
Fuenral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Callahan chapel for Mrs. Betty Elizabeth Fulfer, 104,
Ute, widow of Jack Fulfer.
Elder John Dewald of Seventh Day Adventist Church will officiate and burial will be in Orchard Mesa Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Leonard Luke, Russell Holder, Robert Erikson, Don McBride, Richard Luke and Dale Luke. Music
will be in charge of Warren Bassham.
Mrs. Fulfer died at 6 p.m. Saturday at Fulfer's Rest Home, 1044 UTE.
Betty Cagle was born Nov. 15, 1871, at Birmingham, Ala., the daughter of Mr and Mrs. C. G. Cagle. She spent
her childhood in Texas. She was married to Jack P. Fulfer in 1887 in Hunt County, Tex.
Mrs. Fulfer had resided at Fort Sumner and Albuquerque, N. M. and Grand Junction since 1900.
Surviving are one son, John C. Fulfer, Grand Junction; six daughters, Mrs. H. H. Hardy and Mrs. B. Hottinger,
Albuquerque, N. M. , Mrs Boone Vaughan , Mrs. Margaret Witherspoon, and Mrs. Essie Crosser, Grand Junction, Mrs. Inez Wilson,
Saguache; 18 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
