Anna Kathleen Long, 69, of Arroyo Grande died Tuesday, April 17, 1990 at her residence.
Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. today and 10 a.m. Friday until service time at 2 p.m. at the Marshall-Spoo Sunset
Memorial Chapel in Grover City. The Rev. Robert Banker of the Open Door Church of Ocean will officiate.
Mrs. Long was born Feb. 21, 1921, in Clearwater, Texas (Franklin Co., Tx). She had been a resident of the Five
Cities area for 37 years, coming from Bakersfield.
She was a homemaker who enjoyed quilting and needlework of all kinds. She took pride in her hobby of collecting
types of baskets.
Mrs. Long is survived by four sons, Perry and Roy Long both of Arroyo Grande, Bobby Long of Texas, and Milton
Long Jr. of San Jose, five daughters, Lois Hamburg and Nancy Kramer both of Idaho, Jessie Courtney of Oklahoma, Joyce Holmes
of San Jose and Shirley Edwards of Santa Marie: 27 grandchildren and 10 great granchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton C. Long , in 1973.
