Myrtle Fulfer Belk

Sequatchie-Myrtle A. Belk died Sunday, Oct. 24, 1999. She was 68. ( Daughter of James R. "Jim" Fulfer)

Mrs. Belk was a member of the Coppinger Cove Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband: James L. Belk; two children, Debra Jane Bowlin and James Hayden Bowlin Jr. and two sisters; Virginia "Gigi" Crowley and Ola Mae Tate.

Survivors include three daughters, Sue Bowlin Ottinger, Mount Carmel, Tenn., Aletha D. Belk, Sequatchie, and DeNise Belk Watts, Whitwell, Tenn.: two sons, Robert Belk, Jasper, Tenn., and Bruce Belk, Sequatchie, Tenn.,; two sisters, Peggy Powell, Whitwell, Tenn., and Joannie McNabb, Lookout Valley, Tenn.,; six brothers, James Fulfer, Whitwell, Jack Fulfer, South Pittsburg, Roy Fulfer, Chickamaug, GA, Billy Sam, Tommy and Ricky Fulfer, all of Sequatchie.

The Funeral well be Tuesday at 2 P.M. at Sequatchie Valley Memorial Funeral Home with the Rev. Mike Teague officiating.

Burial will be in the Lasater Cemetery, Jasper.

Visitation will be today from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
