Opal Hudson, 96, of Terre Haute died at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, 1998, in Meadows Manor Convalescent & Rehabilitation Center. She was born Oct. 7, 1901, in Toledo, Ill., to William Grant Fulfer and Harriet Page Fulfer. Her husband, James Thomas Hudson, died in 1986. Survivors include one sister, Grace Darling; one niece; two nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Services are 1 p.m. Tuesday in Callahan & Hughes Funeral Home with the Rev. Verity Jones officiating. Burial is in Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, with Daughters of the Nile memorial service at 7 p.m. by Badoura Temple 23, followed by Order of Eastern Star service at 7:15 p.m. by OES Chapter 43.
