MARGARET E. HOLLIDAY
CODY, Wyo. -- Margaret Holliday, 66, passed away Thursday Feb 29, 1996,
suddenly, at West Park Hospital in Cody.
She was born Dec 29, 1929, in Eliasville, Texas, the daughter of John
Richard and Ona Davis. She grew up in Caddo, Stephenville, Springtown and
Fort Worth, Texas.
On Sept 27, 1952, she married Roy Holliday, Sr. in Forth Worth, moving to
Roundup where whe started her family. Margaret later resided in Cut Bank,
Powell, and Gillette, Wyo., and in 1972 in Cody where she resided until her
death.
Margaret always enjoyed spending many hours in her garden and flower beds
wherever she lived. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of
Cody and the Order of Eastern Star.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Roy Sr., her children, Roy
and his wife, Lainey of Cody, Sylvia Clark of Cody, Richard of Kenai,
Alaska, and Gary and his wife, Gay of Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchilfren;
one great-grandchild; and a brother, Richard Truman Davis of Plano, Texas.
Funeral Services will be held at Ballard Funeral Home in Cody on Monday,
March 4, 1996, at 2 p.m. with burial at Riverside Cemetery. Memorial
contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice
