Memorial service for Ann England, 77, Snyder resident, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at St John's Episcopal Church with Monte Jones, church vicar, officiating.

She died at 8:53 p.m. Thursday night at Cogdell Memorial Hospital. She was born Aug. 1, 1906 in Hunt County, Tex. She was a retired journalist and married Carl England in Snyder on Aug. 6, 1938. He died Aug. 30, 1960.

She is survived by numerous cousins including Mildred Clark of Snyder.

In lieu of flowers, friends are contributing in favorite charities.
