Funeral services for Mrs. Lela Milinda Durham, 81, 913 SE 11th Avenue, who died at 4:00 a.m., August 27, 1970,
at her home, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday in the Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Chapel. Reverend W. A. Henager will
officiate at the services.
Interment will be in Willow Pond Cemetery.
Born October 24, 1888 in Leonard, Texas, she was the daughter of the late William Riley and Mrs. Margaret Helen
( Driggers ) Fulfer.
She was married to John William Durham, March 28, 1907 in Leonard, Texas. He died May 29, 1967.
The Durhams had lived in Mineral Wells, TX since 1948.
She was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons; James William Durham, Wichita Falls, TX and Clinton Millard Durham, Mineral Wells,
three daughters; Mrs. Florence Franks of Walters, Oklahoma, Mrs. Christine Rogers of Mineral Wells and Mrs. Mary Brian, also
of Mineral Wells, two brothers; Henry Fulfer of Greenbriar, Arkansas, Fred Fulfer of Mineral Wells, three sisters; Mrs. Jack
Fleishman of Tyler, Texas, Mrs. Jim McCray of Longview, Texas and Willie Fulfer of Albuquerque, New Mexico.; thirteen grandchildren
and several great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were; Michael Bohl, W.D. Gober, Raymond Jones, Jimmie Rogers, Floyd M. Cox, Jr. and Raymond Penn.
