Funeral services for William E. Driggers, 57, of 1327 West Garland Avenue will be conducted Thursday at 11am
in the Chapel of Lights.
Driggers, a native of Texas, died Saturday in a local hospital following a cerebral hemorrhage.
He operated a newspaper stand at Fulton and Fresno Streets. He had lived in Fresno for 15 years.
His survivors are a son, Darrell of Amarillo, Tex; a daughter, Mrs. Roy Black of Kansas City, MO.; Two brothers,
James of Sacramento and Elbert of Fresno; three sister, Mrs. Beulah Hendrix of Baltimore, Mrs. Mae Plummer of Sangar, and
Mrs. Lorene Boevers (Bowers) of Fresno, and three grandchildren.
The Tinkler Mission Chapel has charge of arrangements.
